1. Overview
A NGO (Social welfare organisation) which helps citizens in various ways by collecting data from users using forms & paper work. This is a huge manual & long process so, client wants to convert this paper work requested by citizens into complete digital medium by means of iPad App.

2. Define
Basically, Volunteers from NGO are the primary users of this application where they can manage the requests send by users, elaborate & deliberate each request, get user location details, collect user data, take photo or scan documents of users & finally upload to server after final verification.
3. Design
This is a app which needed step by step approach to complete various tasks by volunteers. I have grouped primary & secondary features based on the functionality & priority. The primary navigation is placed in bottom to give it native app feel rather than a web app. There are secondary options placed on the header based on the context of the screen & actions. I have opted bright violet palette as a primary theme which defines calm, subtle, helpful & caring.
